Minors

Applications for minors (16 or 17 years of age) participating in educational research and/or clinical activities should be submitted online via EHS Integrator.

The sponsoring faculty member or manager must ensure that the minor does not enter the work area prior to completing all required training and ensure that the minor is appropriately supervised at all times by a qualified supervisor.

Visiting Undergraduate Students

Applications for visiting undergraduate students participating in educational research and/or clinical activities should be submitted online via EHS Integrator.

The sponsoring faculty member or manager must ensure that the visiting undergraduate student does not enter the work area prior to completing all required training and ensure that the visiting undergraduate student is appropriately supervised at all times by a qualified supervisor.
