The University Safety Committee shall advise the President, Provost and other Officers on matters concerning safety, including radiation, biological materials, chemicals, physical safety, fire safety and security. The Committee shall meet regularly to receive and discuss reports from its members concerning any safety issues. The members shall include, ex officio, the Director of Environmental Health and Safety, the Chair of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Safety Committees and representatives from the Offices of the Secretary, General Counsel, Associate Vice President for Administration, Dean of the School of Medicine, University Police and Fire Marshal. The Provost or delegate will chair the committee.
