Student Internship Opportunities

About EHS

The Office of Environmental Health and Safety is a resource of highly trained safety professionals who serve the Yale community. We are dedicated to reducing injuries, accidents and environmental impact, and ensuring compliance. We achieve this by providing high-quality training, comprehensive workplace evaluation, emergency response, hazardous materials management from acquisition to disposal, and by managing regulatory information. About EHS Student Internships

The following student internship opportunities have been created to empower and inspire the next generation of talent by offering hands-on experience and exposure to a diverse range of viable professions. During the internships, selected interns will work alongside Yale EHS experts in various public health disciplines ranging from biological, chemical, and radiation safety to infection control to environmental affairs.

As part of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Plan, EHS is also excited to partner with students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to create opportunities for those interested in the STEM field.
