Many radioactive materials shipped from Yale are considered regulated when shipped. Environmental Health and Safety will ship these materials. You must process radioactive material shipments through eShipGlobal and the shipment will be forwarded to Environmental Health and Safety staff for review. If the material is not regulated, the shipment will be approved for lab or non-administrative clinical staff to ship. Packaging information will be provided automatically by eShipGlobal. If the material is regulated, trained Environmental Health and Safety staff will take over the shipment and package the material for you. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Environmental Health and Safety at 203-785-3550 or ehshazmat@yale.edu.
