Proper waste management and waste management procedures, as required by law and Yale policy, are critical to the health and safety of people and the environment. All waste disposal flows through the Environmental Affairs Section (EAS) of the office of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). EAS is a group of experts who will facilitate and remove all your waste, provide you with proper waste containers, as well assist you in compliance matters and questions. These wastes include radioactive, chemical, biological, and universal (such as used electronics). The following links and contact information are provided for your convenience:

You can contact the Environmental Affairs Section at 203-432-6545 or email waste.requests@yale.edu.
